Here's how it works:
Contact us to schedule your QTG fundraiser. We will help you select a kick-off date and event style that best fits your needs. Download our Sponsor Flyer for some great event ideas and don't forget the Sponsor Responsiblity Checklist which is designed to help you organize all the steps along the way. Your QTG representative can also provide many marketing ideas to help improve your sales such as distributing a Game Night Flyer announcing the fundraising event.
One week prior to your kick-off date, you will receive enough full-color catalogs (odd pages - even pages) for all of your potential customers. Send the catalogs home with a QTG Personalized Fundraising Announcement and begin collecting orders.
QTG will also assign a special Customer Code to your event enabling all of your potential customers to order and pay directly through our website. All orders using your special Customer Code will count toward your total sales. This is a great way to get out-of-town friends and family involved also.
About 7-10 days later, send in your group's total payment along with your completed Order Form.
Within four to six weeks, we will ship your entire group order to the address you've provided so that you can distribute the games to your supporters. This delivery will include your organization's profit share - 20% of the total group order, less tax. For example, if $2,000 in game orders is submitted, your organization will receive a check for $400 cash! QTG will pay all shipping costs if at least $300 in games is ordered.
